Distance Sales Agreement

The buyer is the person who provides identity, contact and delivery information during the order. Product, price, delivery and party information relating to the order are shown in transaction-specific pre-information and contract records.
Subject of the agreement
The agreement governs sale and delivery obligations based on the nature and quantity of the selected product, tax-inclusive price, any shipping cost, and payment and delivery conditions. Order-specific pre-information and prices are presented before a payment obligation arises.
Order and payment
Adding a product to the cart alone does not create a sales agreement or payment obligation. Once online payment is enabled, the order is completed after the clearly displayed total and pre-information are approved. The agreement and order summary are provided to the buyer on a durable medium.
Delivery, withdrawal and returns
Statutory withdrawal rights and rights relating to defective goods remain reserved in consumer transactions. In general, a withdrawal notice may be made without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Notice may be sent in writing to info@stopercim.com or the contact address. Applicable legal exceptions are disclosed in advance on a product/order basis.
Disputes
Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts under applicable monetary thresholds and jurisdiction rules. Mandatory mediation provisions apply where required. General provisions applicable to commercial purchases remain reserved.
