Product and total price
The basic characteristics, quantity and tax-inclusive selling price of products in your cart appear in the order summary at checkout. Shipping is free for orders of TRY 2,000 and above; for orders below this amount, the standard shipping fee is TRY 250.
Payment
Payment is configured to be completed through iyzico’s secure payment infrastructure. Card number, CVV and expiry date are not stored in the Stopercim database. An order is considered paid after the payment result is verified through the provider.
Delivery and withdrawal
The delivery address is provided by the buyer during checkout. Withdrawal and defective-goods rights under applicable consumer law remain reserved. Details of delivery and return conditions are provided on the relevant policy page.
Invoice information
For individual invoices, delivery information is used as the basis. For corporate invoices, company name, tax office, tax number and billing address are stored with the order record.
Approval and record
The Distance Sales Agreement and this Pre-Information Form are presented for the buyer’s approval before payment. The approval time and agreement version are associated with the order record.
