Order and delivery
Preparation time, shipping method, delivery address and shipping fee are clearly disclosed before payment. Statutory maximum delivery periods apply to standard goods; custom production and personalized-order conditions are explained separately. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer is informed and a legally compliant refund process is carried out.
Withdrawal notice
As a general rule, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product. Send your order number and clear withdrawal statement to info@stopercim.com or the contact address below. You may contact us to arrange return shipping; this contact requirement does not limit your statutory withdrawal right.
Return shipment and refund
The return carrier, shipping method, responsibility for costs and return address are stated in pre-transaction information. No unlawful cost is imposed on the consumer. Refunds are made within applicable legal periods using a method appropriate to the payment instrument used for purchase. Rights regarding defective goods are independent of the withdrawal period.
Exceptions
Legal exceptions such as personalized products apply only when the relevant conditions are met. There is no blanket “no returns” rule covering all standard stopper products.
